As a manufacturer of durable identification products we are always looking to take our products and make them even better - this includes our best-selling Metal Bar Code Nameplates. Last summer we decided to see what our customers thought about this product and if they had any suggestions for improvement. While the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, there was a recurring theme in the suggestions department - nameplate liner removal. After reviewing the results we felt this really did make sense because as the manufacturer of this product we don't quite realize how daunting applying hundreds or thousands of these nameplates may be and if removing the liner isn't as easy as possible it can become a real bottleneck in the application process and potentially compromise the performance of the tag if it is not applied correctly.
We formed a team and after several months of development came up with the tabbed nameplate. As you can see from the video you break the tab in order to remove the liner from the nameplate - virtually eliminating the possibility of touching the back of the nameplate and contaminating the adhesive. This innovative feature is now available in three different sizes at no additional charge. It's just one more example of how we take our customer's feedback to heart and are constantly looking to make our great identification products even better.
