Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference. Earlier this year we introduced our tabbed nameplates for our Metal Bar Code Nameplates and have since added the tabbed option to our "AUTOGRAPHS" Nameplates as well. The premise was very simple - to make it easier for our customers to remove the liner from the nameplate without touching the adhesive. 
I wrote an earlier blog entry when we first released the product in anticipation of the response. While our primary concern regarding the product was to make it easier for the customer to apply the nameplate properly - and that has definitely been the case - a secondary benefit has been a huge time savings for the customer. And since a time savings can be equated to a monetary savings - especially because the tabbed option does not cost the customer any additional money - we can honestly say this handy little tab not only ensures proper application, but saves the customer both time and money. Just think of time you could save applying 500, 1,000 or 10,000 of these nameplates! That was the case for Madison County Council of Governments GIS Manager Trent Pell as he had the task of applying thousands of nameplates to traffic signs to track their reflectivity.
